The long-awaited second album of Blodwen is finally coming to a realization via Hitam Kelam Records (INA). After a year of postpone and departure with our ex-label, the album is now ready to be released for the world!
For the first time in Blodwen history, we will be releasing our second full-length album "Winter Falls" under a local label. We send huge thanks to Boedi Leksono (the man behind HK Records) for giving us this opportunity and being a very good working partner. The production is currently in process, but if everything is smooth-sailing, we will be able to announce a release date very soon.
This second album "Winter Falls" (the continuation from our award-winning EP "When Autumn Ends") took us 1.5 year to write, another 1.5 year to produce, and a total of 3 years to finally be released properly. We have never found such huge obstacles in releasing an album before, but we believe that it was all for the best and that this album will be something very special for both the band and the fans. The album will be available on physical sales in Indonesia and digital sales for our international fans.
With new artwork, new sound and an added surprise, we will be releasing step-by-step details about the album soon. Track listing, a third and final single (after "For A New World" and "Rabbit Hole Suite"), and a new artwork coming up next!
